We provide a program with functional strength and conditioning to athletes with aconcurrent sport-specific endurance program.

Gear.

You don't need much to get a lot. With as little as a pair of dumbbells, you can perform our program anywhere, anytime.

BASIC:

pair of dumbbells, 2 resistance bands (light, heavy), mat (if doing work outside)

STANDARD:

BASIC + kettlebell (53 for guys, 35 for ladies), d ball medicine ball (20 for guys, 15 for ladies)

COMPLETE:

STANDARD + barbell (200 lb total weight for guys, 150 for girls), pull up bar.
